It's been awhile since I cased out monitors for photo editing and maybe light video editing. I would like an LCD in the 20-24" range without breaking the bank. Any advice on brands and the specs I should be looking for (and acceptable levels for those specs)? Also would appreciate any wisdom on LED/LCDs and whether calibration is or is not an issue. Finally, I assume that some would require higher-end graphic card support, right?

The best monitor I've seen is the one from Apple. When you move it up and down or side to side, none of that disappearing image you get with other LCD screens. Also, the image are so vibrant and the size is just perfect. by: lg led tv |

Do you use Macintosh or PC? If you have Macs, the folks at the Apple Support forums in the Aperture group could probably give some good suggestions.

I also saw this monitor in Apple website. This Apple LCD monitor has good features that can give a better result for photo editing. Some of the monitor I've seen has a problem in imaging viewing but this monitor has fixed this issue. |
