Title: Correct white balance for overcast days Post by: olyduck on June 09, 2013, 07:14:09 PM When using AWB or daylight settings on my 40D on overcast days or at high altitude, my pictures come out too cool. Using the "shade" setting, however, renders my pictures too warm/golden. Any recommendations for a white balance setting for overcast or high altitude scenes where there is too much blue light?.

The custom white balance is probably the best bet if you don't want to shoot RAW files. |
