My Rebel XT is being returned for warranty service. Problem is, it was erroneously returned and delivered to B&H instead of the Canon repair centre. Anyone know of a contact at B&H with whom I can reach to make sure that the item is safely forwarded to the Canon repair centre? Any advise on a better way to correct this unfortunate situation? Remember they are closed on Friday afternoons and all day Saturday, but they are open on Sundays.
