Title: Warranty Service - Mis-directed package
Post by: LSR on November 22, 2008, 01:31:09 PM
Need your advice.

My Rebel XT is being returned for warranty service. Problem is, it was erroneously returned and delivered to B&H instead of the Canon repair centre.

Anyone know of a contact at B&H with whom I can reach to make sure that the item is safely forwarded to the Canon repair centre? Any advise on a better way to correct this unfortunate situation?

Lennox

I'd just call their Customer Service number and explain the situation. Remember they are closed on Friday afternoons and all day Saturday, but they are open on Sundays.

Henry Posner runs their customer service department if you can't get help via their normal customer service line.
