Title: Canon 5D 2 at Best Buy Post by: dlaslo on December 05, 2008, 01:11:43 PM I just was glancing at the cameras at Best Buy - and unbelievably - there was a 5D Mark II in the case. Then, I tried to buy it and they wouldn't sell it. They told me not until Dec 7 (Pearl Harbor Day !). I'm in Knoxville TN by the way.
I did get to play with it.....however (I have one on backorder from Adorama) - really feels lighter and more balanced than my 30D. Wow. I can't wait. Supply is limited, so right now it's a "first come first served" situation, where those who placed the earliest pre-orders are getting the first shipments.
