This is ironic.  Just a few days ago, I saw one episode of the BBC documentary about the Queen's daily life...  In that episode, she visits the Baltic nations, and the local police force is very brutal, almost hostile to the media photographers.  they constantly push them violently, and even "the Queen's photographer" is not spared.  Maybe they robbed it off on the UK police force???
