Can i just say i bought a second hand year old model from a guy who had barly used it. I got a total bargain. Just did my first shots and was blown away by the quality of the optics on this. Its big but its not heavy. I can hand hold it in decent light with high speeds and the pics are mindblowing. Ive got Canons top zooms but these top level primes kick butt for image quality. I print at A3 and can definatly see a differance. Yes you miss shots, yes they can be hard work but hell do they produce great pics. Look cool too. Sell your soul and buy a big prime if you love wildlife shots. How on earth Canon will make anything better. Amazing, totally amazing.
