Just another lens advise

Which ones should I get...

Short zoom:
1. Canon 24-105mm F4L with Tokina 12-24mm F4
or
2. Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 with Tamron 90mm F2.8

Medium range zoom:
1. Sigma 70-200mm F2.8
or
2. Canon 70-200mm F4L
