5Dll vs 1DS Markll

 Need some help, want to go full format. Have two options 5Dll or 1DS MARKll. Have done research on both and both have pro@cons. Of course the 5Dll is new and has live view and video capability plus more megaapixels. In the past have shot primarly with 1DMark lln and really like the feel of the body and had great results. Unfortnately have not been able to shoot 1DSMARKll, but have shot friends 5Dll. Guess what I,am asking does the digic 4 processor make a huge difference and has any one shot both and  give me thier feed back?
