Well, I guess I will get to check out Canon Service.
My Rebel Xt just locks up for no reason I can see. I thought it was because I was changing lenses, but it happened today with no lens change. It does come back after a while. (I haven't figured out whether removing the battery or the card or both helps)
bummer, though I have dropped it a few times so I am not necessarily blaming Canon!
I live about 30 miles from the service center in Irvine which is right on the hairy edge between shipping and dropping it off...
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
