CANON 5D HELP

His Any body help me PLEASE I don't no wath I did yesterday I use my flash MT24EX and use the camera in M and if I adjust the Speed to 800 each tima I push the buton to take a pic the speed come back all the time to 200...? Any edias..

1/200s is the maximum sync speed unless you're using a flash with high speed sync and you have that option set.

If you have custom function 3 set to option 1, flash sync speed will always default to 1/200s.

I'd assume your problem is related to this.
