I don't think so, but it's just a matter of cropping to that format.
Still file sizes are:
(1) Large: Approx. 17.90 Megapixels (5,184 x 3,456)
(2) Medium: Approx. 8.00 Megapixels (3,456 x 2,304)
(3) Small: Approx. 4.50 Megapixels (2,592 x 1,728)
All of those are the normal 3:2 aspect ratio for APS-C and 35mm
Since the sensor has a 3:2 ratio, the only way you can get 16:9 is to crop, so you may as well shoot with the whole sensor and then crop later. That way you have a little more flexibility in composition anyway. HD video crops in camera to get the 16:9 aspect ratio since that's the standard for HD and the format of most HD TVs
