Welcome to Acadia Photography

The Acadia Photography website contains images shot in and around Acadia National Park. ANP is primarily located on Mt Dessert Island in the state of Maine and much of the park is close to the largest town on the island, Bar Harbor. There are more remote parts of the park on the Schoodic peninsula and Isle Au Haut

Acadia Photography is also based on Mount Dessert Island (MDI) and is involved in all types of photography including the wildlife and landscapes of MDI. Curently not shooting commercially, so no weddings! However I have openings for TFP shoots (unpaid) where you offer to be the subject in a photoshoot, and you get copies of the images in return. I always have a new lens, camera or technique I want to try out, and for that I need a subject. You can contact Acadia Photography at
