The EOS 20D is available for $1344.94, which after the 5% discount is $1277.69. There's also a $100 rebate from Canon, making the final cost $1177.69. However if you buy 3 qualifying items before January 15th 2006, the Canon rebate program gives you triple rebates on each item, so you then get $300 rebate on the EOS 20D making the final price only $977.69. It's not going to get cheaper than that! The EOS 20D with 18-55 kit lens is $1229.05 after the Amazon discount and Canon single rebate or $1029.05 if you qualify for the Canon triple rebate

Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM is available for $499.99, less the 5% discount, which makes the final price $474.99 (with free shipping). This lens is on backorder in a lot of stores but Amazon seem to have them. It's the lowest price superwide for the 20D and Digital Rebel XT, so it's a good buy.

Also included is the Digital Rebel XT (black) with the EF-S 18-55/3.5-5.6 Kit Lens The standard Amazon price is 899.99, which drops to $854.99 with the 5% discount. This camera is also eligible for the Canon rebate program, which gives another $75 off, making the final price $779.99. However if you buy two qualifying lenses, the rebate program gives you 3x the rebate on each item, so the total rebate on the Digital Rebel XT would be $225, making a final price of $629.99. You can also get the Digital Rebel XT body only for $713.44 after the Amazon discount and Canon single rebate, or $563.44 if you qualify for the Canon triple rebate.

A number of these lenses also qualify for the Canon triple rebate program for even more savings. For example the EF-S 17-85 is $594.99. Less the 5% Amazon discount it's final price is $565.24. Unfortunately it's not eligible for the Canon rebate as well. However the EF 17-40/4L is. The normal price is $699.94, but less the 5% Amazon discount ($34.50) it becomes $664.94. The Canon rebate is $25, making a final cost of $639.94. However if you buy two other items (such as a Digital Rebel XT and another lens) the Canon rebate is $75, making a final price of $589.94 - over a $100 saving.
