SOTA 1296-144 Transverter
In the 1970s in Liverpool, England, a company named "SOTA" (State Of The Art) made ham radio gear including a 1296 to 144 transverter. Actually it's a transmit converter and a receive converter in the same box with the same LO. There's no RX to TX switching in the box.
Documentation is hard to find on the web, so I scanned in what I have, which might be helpful to anyone who has one or has to repair one!
Power in is 500mW max. Power out probably isn't a lot more. The "final" is a pair of TP 3095 bipolar transistors which I can find no specifications for.
