The original EOS FAQ started out on Usenet - before the days of the WWW - and evolved as far as version 2.4 around 1994. That document is archived here but is not updated.
After 1994 no "official" EOS FAQ was developed, but a loose series of articles was collected together as a sort of FAQ version 3.0. It is far from complete, but nevertheless contains much useful information and is presented here as an archive. Note also the EOS Wiki on this website, which is a form of user contributed FAQ.

If you have a question that isn't covered in any of the articles, try asking it in the Canon EOS forum here.
If you are looking for reviews of Canon EOS lenses, try the reviews section of this website and if you are looking for reviews and information on Canon digital cameras, try the digital section.
Finally Canon (Japan) has a Camera Museum site with images and brief technical specs on every camera they have ever made! I wish more manufacturers would copy this museum idea, it's a very useful resource for both collectors and those who can't afford the latest cameras.
